The Orange Bucket Double Dragon Is A Must-Try Restaurant In Pasay

The Orange Bucket Cajun-Fusion Restaurant has been famous for its mouth-watering kinds of seafood in cajun sauce served in a bag inside the orange-colored tub. The restaurant also served other Asian Fusion, but the seafood bucket list is among the favorite here. Its first branch was established in Pampanga, and now, I think this branch in Double Dragon Plaza is its fifth.

The first time I tried the Orange Bucket was in San Fernando, Pampanga, during our two-week audit assignment. Since then, I wanted to return to the place, but I had a hectic schedule. When I heard of The Orange Bucket opening a branch in Pasay, I got excited because I didn’t need to go to Pampanga to experience them again.

The Orange Bucket Restaurant is on the ground floor of Double Dragon Plaza, DD Meridian Park, Edsa Ext., cor. Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Pasay City. The storefront has a large-scale crab and orange bucket display, a clean and clear floor-to-ceiling glass wall, and simple white letter signage.

We had lunch at this restaurant after my daughter’s Junior High School Moving-up Ceremony last June 14, 2023, at Adamson University.

The restaurant uses wood and metal for its furnishings, and the ceiling’s decoration includes a lot of cute orange buckets that look like lanterns.

There is a private room for larger group meetings and special occasions.

Plastic aprons and gloves are provided, preparing you for a messy dining experience.

We ordered June Promo Classic Meal A Priced at P 2,299 consisting of 500-gram crab, 400-gram shrimp, 400-gram mussels, 400-gram scallops, 200-gram potato marble, and three pieces of corn. It also comes with garden-fresh salad and corn soup. Rice is priced at P 50 per cup.

We didn’t wait too long for our order to arrive, in less than 30 minutes, the wait staff served our order of seafood in cajun sauce. We prefer our seafood poured into our paper-covered table and ate it without utensils fully enjoy our meal. The seafood was flavorful, and satisfying, and we can’t help but ask for another plate of rice.

We had our souvenir photo taken at the iconic orange bucket.

Overall, we had a great dining experience at the Orange Bucket Restaurant. If you are craving seafood, this restaurant in Pasay is a must-try. The seafood bucket was generous and suitable for three to four persons. The waiting time is 20 to 30 minutes. They charge 10% of the total bill for service charges. The operating hours are from 11AM to 11PM Monday to Sunday.
