Hello everyone! We recently visited this unique food park while going home from our work. I actually heard about this with my officemate, Joveth, who also loves traveling. It is the Islas Pinas, Double Dragon Properties Corporation’s collaboration with celebrity chef Margarita Fores. just opened last June 7, 2018.
ISLAS PINAS
Food Parks are gaining popularity nowadays due to our love for food. Have you heard of an indoor food park where you can dine and enjoy the sceneries of our beautiful Island, Philippines?
Double Dragon introduces Islas Pinas located in Pasay City. It is the newest indoor food park with a unique food experience.
Before entering, the guard will give the access card to be used in purchasing food, drinks and other items inside. This card will store all the transactions made within the premises. Payment should be made at the cashier before exiting. Reminder: keep your card with you at all times; lost card will be charged a minimum of ₱2,000.

Inside the food hall are the famous views from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. It’s like taking a trip in the Philippines’ most famous landmarks.

Pasalubong (Souvenir shops) You can also buy locally made products from different regions.
Food Section
- Sinag (ray of light)- they serve all day breakfast favorite like TapSiLog and other rice meals with egg, lugaw, champorado and noodle soup.
- Alamat (legend) – tells the story of different regions through its signature dishes.
- Bilao (woven winnowing basket)-they serve comfort snack including pancit and noodles from different regions.
- Tusok tusok (urban street food) they sell all kinds of food in barbeque stick like pork barbeque, isaw, banana que etc. Fish ball, kwek kwek and turon are also available.
- Panaderya (bakery) They sell classic bread like kalihim, bangkal and bicho bicho to name a few.
- Panulak (beverages) they sell thirst quenchers from softdrinks, coffee, juices and even local beer.
- Pampang (shore) is the paluto style that allows guest to enjoy chosen fresh catch cooked to their preference.
Islas Pinas can accomodate 700 guests and not get crowded. Imagine how huge the food hall is.
The food here are delicious but a little pricey as expected like in any other food parks. This place is ideal for family meetings, barkada meet ups or group meetings. It is also a perfect place for our OFW’s returning home and our foreign guests.
